Mississippi Military Divorce

Been married 13 years with 18 years creditable military service and still on active duty. I know military retirement pay can be treated and divided as property. What formula is used in Mississippi for dividing? And is this set in stone or can a judge deviate from this if I do not agree and go to trial?
