Legal Question in Family Law in Mississippi

my mother is an attorney in the small town I live in so she called her friends the judges etc here and had restraining orders against me for my 3 year old son and temporary custody because I was moving out of her house into an apartment Friday with my son whom I've raised alone from day one. she says her grounds are that I allowed my ex to hurt me which is not true and that I've put my son in danger which I'd NEVER. She knows she's lying but she said if I'd just live with her it'd stop. what do I do first? also how can she legally take my son and I receive no paperwork?
