Legal Question in Family Law in Mississippi

if two people have been married for two years and have filed for divorced 50 days ago, and one is very ill (almost dying from acohol and needs to go to the doctor will the other party be responsible for the bill if the sick one does not work or pay the bill. final papers have not yet been signed by judge.

Not necessarily, if the parties are in Mississippi. A husband/wife is no longer "automatically responsible" for the medical expenses of the other spouse.
