Legal Question in Family Law in Mississippi

Help Please!!Terminate Guardianship and \ or Custody
I gave what I thought was temp guardianship to my mother in 2001 while I was in school. She said it was so she could take them to the doctor and for public aide. I had a third child in 2002. I asked for them back & recieved a lot of excuses. Finally in 2007 she gave them back. While with me my oldest child was 2 years behind I had him moved up 1 year. My second child has a speech problem & he was on the waiting list for more help. My babies went to visit(grandma) in the summer & she hasn't returned them yet. Throught this entire time I went to visit them came to visit me. I buy the clothing & presents for holidays/birthdays. I found out that she told them the guardianship was entered into because I couldn't provide a stable living environment. That wasn't true at all. I feel as thou she is now turning my children against me. They told me that grandma says that you live around all the bad black people & I should move to Mississippi(that's where the guardianship was obtained while I was in Chicago).Im a very loving mother I don't drink or do any drugs I have never had a CPS case against me or ever been locked up or arrested.My daughter is so hurt she doesn't have her big brothers around.What can I do to terminate this guardianship?

It sounds like you need to challenge the guardianship. If this is occurring in MS, you need to fight it there.
