problem with child custody lawyer

Good evening! I am having difficulties with my lawyer who handled my child custody case. He is expecting payment, yet no final decrees have been made, and in fact, I have not even spoke with him, even after numerous attempts, since November 1, 2002. I fear that he will begin garnisment of my wages if I do not begin payment. I do not believe that he has fulfilled the contract's requirements and do not feel like he should recieve any payment until he has. Please reply soon, I am in great need of your assistance.

The thing to do is to send him a restricted delivery certified letter explaining your concerns and asking for an appointment.
