Property Settlements

I bought a house previous to my marriage. Only my name is on the deed. If I were to get a divorce, would my spouse have any claim to it at all?

He would have an interest in the appreciation of the property during the marriage.

You are probably talking about your residence. She will have a property interest if she made any direct or indirect contribution towards its purchase or improvement. If its your homestead, she will have to sign any deed for you to convey away the property. The law presumes both parties contributed equally towards the purchase of a property if they contributed anything at all.
