Proving Paternity when one of the parents is deceased
we have client, who is trying to draw social security, for her child, off the childs father who is deceased. Paternity has not been proved nor was there an estate. Help!!!!!!!!!!!!

Paternity must be established before there can be an adjudication on support or rights to an estate. Paternity is proven by testimony of the alleged father or blood tests of the alleged father.
