quick claim deed

my ex is wanting me to sign a quick claim deed because his balloon note has came up. the judge in the divorce took a second mortgage on the house till he pays me all my equitable distribution which he is paying 150 a month until he pays me 10,000 for this.i was wondering if i sign this will i loss my equitable distribution. which he still has 9,100 dollars he still has to pay me.
