You have left a lot of information out of your message that would be necessary to give you a reasonable response. Of course, asking to get your van back today on an internet site is not going to happen. Ask your local lawyer about this. He or she will need to know in whom the van was titled? Was the land also the homestead? Was the loan made before marriage? Did you sign the loan papers whether your name is on it or not? If you don't have a lawyer, get one now.
