Legal Question in Family Law in Mississippi
Out of State Writ
Who serves the parent papers? There seems to be confusion amungst the police and sheriff. Most counties have a special sector that only deals in service but when it comes to this county there is no clue - can you help?

If a MS attorney does not answer your question, and the local law enforcement don't know their own job, then hire a private process server to get the parent served.
