Legal Question in Family Law in Mississippi

Is it possible to stop child support when a child is turning 18 and 17 and have

I am trying to find out if child support can be stopped. The circumstances are that one child who will be 18 in August of 2002 and has quit high school with her mothers permission and is about graduate beauty school. The other child will be 16 in September of 2002 and has dropped out of high school. He is not working and has no plans to attend school next fall. Do we have a right to lower or discotinue child support for one or both of the children?
