Taking child to anothe city

My sons daddy took my three year old and will not give him back. Well I hired an attorney and she filed my temp. custody order so in a matter of days he will be served with papers. But the problem is that he doesn't have a permanent residence and I talked with him today and he said he moved to Hattiesburg and got a place.He wont tell me where. A court date has been set, but what happens if the process server can't find him?

This is a question you should be asking your lawyer rather than on the internet. To answer your question, if the process server does not serve him, your lawyer will have to get a new court date and new process issued.
