Terminating parental rights
I've been ordered to submit D.N.A for a 9 year old child I didn't know existed.How do I dissolve all my rights to this child?

If the test establishes paternity, you will be responsible for support unless the child is adopted or your rights are terminated for cause. However, facts that would justify termination for cause may also place one at risk for criminal prosecution.
