termination of child support when child moves out on her own
Child support in MS is until 21 or until emancipated. Child has graduated from school, taken an apartment and job in other state, how do I go about terminating the child support? Can I do this myself with forms?

To my knowledge there are no "forms" so to speak. Each case is different and each case must be proved on its own merit. If the child is self supporting, you shouldn't have a problem and it shouldn't be too expensive to hire counsel for this matter.
