Thinking of Divorce
In MS, is my wife entitled to half of everything, or half of what we have gained since the marriage.

Normally, pre-marital property is not subject to division. Marital property is subject to �equitable distribution� by the Court. This could be a 50/50 split or something dramatically different. If you have children, the Chancellor usually takes that into consideration; also any fault of the parties (especially adultery) will be considered in dividing marital assets.
