uncontested divorce and pregnancy

I live in Mississippi. My wife and I want an uncontested, no fault divorce. She is pregnant by another man. Can we go through with the divorce anyhow?

You can file for divorce and start the 90-day waiting period that is required by law. If you do not want the responsibility for the child, the divorce will have to be coupled with a paternity or adoption action.
