visitation

i am divorced and my ex-husband has visitaion with our son every other weekend. every time i pick my son up from visitaion with his dad, i have to take him to the doctor. i would like to see what i can do to make his visitation supervised or revoked

Chancellors are usually very suspicious (as they should be), when a custodial parent wants to take away or limit the visitation of the non-custodial parent. I�m not saying it should not or will not happen in this case, but I suggest you have some very compelling evidence.

What steps have you taken to resolve this? What does your Doctor say is the cause? Have you spoken to your ex-husband about this? If so, what is his reply? Without clear and convincing evidence this is the fault of your ex-husband, I think you will waste a good bit of time and money.
