Legal Question in Family Law in Mississippi
My ex wife and her attorney swore in court that i changed the account information on an account so she could not get it. The account was liquidated and I'm in the process of trying to get it back. Can both my wife and her attorney be charged with perjury and fraud since I have written proof from the financial organization that I did not change the account information?

Your wife has an attorney. You need to have one. A perjury charge would be difficult to prove but you need representation
