wife says shes entitled to my ssi

wife and i got married nov.2003 only lasted 8 months,we split up,havent ever got back together,have nothing to do with each other!havent got divorced yet,she calls me says doctors are going to help her get disability,and if they do say shes disable,she says she will start drawing off my ssi,can she do that?shes 38,im 43,and shes just after my money
