Initiate suit against her in justice court for breach of agreement. Obtain a judgment and then have the sheriff seize the goods to sell them. Alternatively, contact her and obtain her agreement to transfer them to you in partial or total satisfaction of your claim. There is no statute in Mississippi that gives you a lien on the property and allows you to sell the items without judicial process.
