slander and evasion of privacy

a man has put my pic on his web site without my permission and i want to sue him for slander and evasion of privacy. am i able to do that?

Maybe. Much more information is needed in order to answer your query, including the nature of the photo, circumstances surrounding how and when it was taken, and any documentation that may exist regarding the photograph. Any lawyer with whom you consult will also need to be able to see the photograph and web site in order to determine whether a libelous event has taken place.
