Legal Question in Immigration Law in Mississippi

I'm from america and have been with a Girl From Israel for quite awhile.. We aren't ready for marriage but we want to be together i'm From the United states. i'm wanting to know the steps and process of Getting a Friendship visa and what Must i Do. I know if i was to marry Her i could make aliyah But we want to be together more before we decide on marriage and if Gotten one Would i be able to work? and live in Israel with her? also I would like information about if i wanted to Move there on my own I'm a non-Jew so i can't Make aliyah. all the sites Make me confused as to how to do it.. all they say is Get a Tourist visa and renew but u cannot work without a Work visa.. Which seem harder to get im trying to find a simplified Process of all the steps of Friendship Visa, Work visa, Tourist Visa, all it says is to reside in israel for 5 years. To Be eligible for citizenship.. Her father owns a Restaurant would he be able to sponser for a work visa? I'm Sorry i seem Dumb to this.. i've never been in this situation But i love this girl and i'm trying any means possible to be with her Even if i have to give up US citizenship i'm 100% willing to do anything
