Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Mississippi

Copying of artwork

I own a screen printing company that has become very sucessful...i have been in business since 1999 and have recently applied with the us pto for my trademark...we have been using the tm..which if i understand is for common law trademark after the sayings on our shirts, which all artwork is original...and most sayings...people are copying my shirts and also using my business name to sell their shirts...please help...i would love to collect the shirts from this guy...thanks

Need more info but sounds like your TM is being infringed. I would want to review your materials and perform a search prior to issuing a Cease & Desist letter. Call or e-mail for further assistance.
