Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Mississippi

I was shopping @ wal-mart in waveland mississippi. Over the intercom I heard..--name removed--..Your ride is leaving. Armed with mu buggy with items paid for yet still in my buggy was a nasa king sized mattress topper..Not yet paid for. First on my mind was oh shit i cannot walk home so i immediately consulted a cashier with access to an intercom and frantically asked her to page a marlon my ride...She did no-one came looked both directions nothing to do but see if i could possibly catch him entering his vehicle. I raced past the dooor greeeter whom i know said i got to see if my ride left i am sure he did not hear nor knew what i was talking about. I stopped dead at the semi-ramp toward the parking lot to see if i could spot him. Knowing if i could not i would have to call a cab or whomever. At that very instant i was handcuffed .
