Legal Question in Employment Law in Mississippi

I signed a non-compete 19 years ago, I was just given my 30 day notice on Nov. 31, 2010. The agreement stated that I would be paid after the 30 day notice. I was not and they are holding my salary, commission and vacation days. Can I get the non compete voided since he didn't complete the terms of the agreement

THE NON-COMPETE CAN BE DECLARED VOID IF IT IS NOT REASONABLY LIMITED IN GEOGRAPHICAL AREA AND/OR IF IT IS NOT REASONABLY LIMITED IN THE LENGTH OF TIME. IF YOU WERE FIRED FOR NO REASON (REDUCTION IN FORCE) YOU MAY BE ABLE TO AVOID IT ON THOSE GROUNDS AS WELL. IT IS ARGUABLE THAT THEY BREACHED THE EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT THUS IT IS VOID.
