Legal Question in Employment Law in Mississippi
I was terminated from my job at mcdonalds where i was a cashier and a customer came to drive thru and ordered burritos and we didnt have any ready at the time and the manager told me to inform her of that and that is what i did so she emailed the owners and this happened monday mornin at 3:30 a.m. and i got terminated at 4:00p.m. today and i was not informed that i was not suppose to tell her that and they did not warn me and this is not in the handbook at all. Was i wrongfully terminated from my job?

While your termination may be wrongful, it does not appear to have been illegal. Mississippi is an at-will employment state and the reason you were terminated does not violate the law.
