Legal Question in Employment Law in Mississippi

I have worked for the same company as the manager of a store for over 11 years. Last year I was diagnosed with breast cancer and have taken medical leave to deal with this. About four months ago a new district manager was assigned to my store and has threatened my job. I feel threatened every time she visits my store or calls me on the phone. Do I have any rights? I have never been written up for anything and before this year have only missed 5 days of work!
