Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Mississippi
Allowing former tenants a few days of storage in a building purchased by me.
Buying new home but old owners want to use storage shed to store furniture for a few days until they can move into their new home. Would like to know if need a legal form such as release of liability and to charge rent and court costs if they do not remove furniture after said time period. Is there such a form?

How much is rent? Term?
