Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Mississippi
if i own a bussiness, but im renting the property and my landlord sells the propery without notifing me and the new landlord ask for double the rent or says that i have 24 hours to move my bussiness.
I take it to court they say i have to go to another court and the new landlord ignores the judge and takes it upon his self and takes my equiptment from my bussiness and destroys everything and takes my property. what are my rights and what can i do

You can sue for the damages to your equipment. Your rights as a tenant depend on how long you were there and how you paid the rent (weekly/monthly etc).
