Evicted woithout a notice
Can you be evicted without an eviction notice? and if so, Do the landlord have to go through the courts to file an notice? My landlord evicted me without an notice what can I do about it and what laws does it fall under in the state of Mississippi. Thank you.

Generally, no. Notice does not have to go through the court. Notice is given. If the alleged lease violation is not cured, after the notice time expires, the landlord can pursue an eviction in court.
