Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Mississippi

We own a mobile home Park. We rented a lot to someone to park their mobile home on while they cleared the land off they were going to put the mobile home on.

They have abandoned the trailer along with sticking us with 3 months rent. We need the lot empty. How long before we can take ownership of the mobile home and get it moved??

I strongly recommend you retain an attorney. There will have to be court actions to evict based on the contract as well as move to remove or declare as abandoned. These are more complicated with mobile homes rather than vehicles. Retain counsel is my advice
