Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Mississippi
Pest Control
I have lived in my apartment for over a year now and pest control is a never-ending problem. I have had my apartment sprayed several times, but it does no good considering the entire building is always infested. Is there anything that I can do to make the owner/landlord of the property have the entire building sprayed? It seems unhealthy for so many people to live in a building with no regular pest control.

Call the health dept.in your town/county.
If they can't help you may have to move. How long is your lease?
