Rental Property used as landfill

What legal action can be taken against a tenant that has left without notice, did not pay their last months rent, and used the bedrooms of the house as their personal landfill? A dumpster full of garbage has been removed and there is still one bedroom that needs cleaning out. The tenant doesn't work, a disability check is the only income.

Learn from this lesson and screen your tenants better next time. I have been a LL 25 years. ALways check credit, assets and income and get a double security deposit if they are iffy.
