Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Mississippi

Hi i have a question about Lawyer ethics and what I can do about this situation. I am having a company drive over a portion of my property with large trucks without my permission to gain access to their property for logging purposes. I had a survey of my property done just to coverall my basis on exactly where my porperty line is located. Upon getting this done I contact the City for permit instruction for putting up a fence. After I did this a couple of hours later I was contacted by a lawyer who said he was representing the company who owns the property being cleared. He told me that he was contacted by the city and told that we were inquiring about a fence permit. He asked me for my permission to continue using my property until they completed the logging. When I told him that I did not feel obligated to let them continue using the property and that I would be putting up a fence he told me "I don't want to sound threatening, but it would be in your best interest not to put up a fence". I feel that this guy is using his position to bully me into cowering down. Is this unethical behavior? Should I report him to the Bar association? What actions should I take? Thanks for any input.
