I need to stop excessive harrassment by a law enforcement officer

I was involved in a case of false arrestthis was done by a local law enforcement officer for revenge & personal gain. The case was dissmissed W/prejudice in circuit court it was felony charges and the officer has stated to more than one person that he will not rest until I am in prison. I need to do a notice to cease and desist all harrassment against myself and family. the only reference to cease and desist I can find involves either copyrights or between ex-spouses.

please help me I am too scared to even drive to the Gro. store.

You should get an attorney involved. Everyone will take you more seriously and there will another person on your side who is aware of the facts. You can also report this to the local law enforcement agency, the FBI and the ACLU.
