Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Mississippi

Hospital or Doctor?

Bad wreck...Hospital doesn't x-ray leg that has bone sticking out for one hour and not at all busy...doctor comes in and pulls and prys on leg...dr. doesn't do surgery until 5:30-6:00pm and releases patient at 2:30am. Patient goes to orthapedic and he has to re-do entire surgery one week later. If 5 other doctors say they would do the same thing, is the first doctor negligent in any way?
