Legal Question in Military Law in Mississippi
Hello, my name is A1c. Shaquielle Jenkins and I was recently told by my commander that I am going to recieve administrative seperation under honorable conditions. I am wondering what is the best way to prevent this from happening and what steps should I take to make sure that I end up with the best possible outcome?

Begin to collect statements and other evidence refuting the justification for the discharge. Character statements probably carry little weight. Talk to the area defense counsel as soon as possible.
