Legal Question in Military Law in Mississippi
Air Force officer/Marine Enlisted marriage
I have a question. I will be commissioned as an air force officer in August 2007 and have been dating an enlisted marine for about a year. My divorce (have been separated for 1.5 years) is not yet final and therefore I can not marry the marine until after my commission. Will this be considered fraternization even though we are in 2 different branches of service?
