Legal Question in Military Law in Mississippi

Fraudulent Enlistment

Hello. Recently, I was accepted into Army OCS. I never disclosed my past asthma history, because it seemed to have gone away when I quit smoking. I am currently in the dep and ship for bct in march. I have been reading alot of really negative things about fraudulent enlistment on the net. My queston is,

How often are fraudulent enlitments court-martialed. If they did decide to court-martial me, is there a good chance I could get an administrative separation ''in lieu of court-martial.''

Re: Fraudulent Enlistment

Fraudulent enlistments are rarely, if ever, the subject of court-martial prosecutions. But if it is, it is also the type of offense for which a request for separation in lieu of trial is likely to be approved.
