Re: speaking a forghen language
If your question is related to some order that has been given to speak English while on duty in your Navy work space, that is a lawful order and must be obeyed. English is the official language of the Department of Defense and of the Department of the Navy. If your supervisor requires English only during duty hours, you run the risk of being disciplined if you choose to violate that order by speaking in some other language, unless it is your duty to do so (for example, if you are a trained linguist).
