Citing Case Law
In citing a case in court, can I just use the paragraphs written by the Justice writing for the majority, or can I use the sectioms written by the other Justices concurring?

Re: Citing Case Law
If you are not citing to the majority opinion in parenthesis indicate that you are citing to a concurrence

Re: Citing Case Law
You can cite any part of an opinion. However, if you are citing anything other than the majority opinion, you should indicate so when you are citing.
