Legal Question in Personal Injury in Mississippi

Citing Case Law

In citing a case in court, can I just use the paragraphs written by the Justice writing for the majority, or can I use the sectioms written by the other Justices concurring?

If you are not citing to the majority opinion in parenthesis indicate that you are citing to a concurrence

You can cite any part of an opinion. However, if you are citing anything other than the majority opinion, you should indicate so when you are citing.
