Legal Question in Personal Injury in Mississippi

I was involved in an accident with another vehicle which happen to be a garbage truck. The truck hit the front end of my vehicle once I received the police report it had on there that I failed to yeiled right of way due to visibility obstruction my car is no condition to be fixed I would like to know if the City would be responsible?

MAYBE BUT IF YOU WERE CITED AND THE GARBAGE TRUCK DRIVER WAS NOT CITED IT IS UNLIKELY YOU WILL SUCCEED COLLECTING DAMAGES WITHOUT COUNSEL.
