Casino Knockdown Case

Depending on the additional facts surroundingyour fall, you may or not have case that a personal injury attorney will take on acontingency basis.

Those facts are who knocked you down? Was it anemployee of the casino or another patron?

If it was a patron, what if any facts can beshown to demonstrate that the casino failed to "police" the premises, take account of crowdcontrol, etc. to prevent such injuries to itscustomers.

Finally, the extent of your injury, are you prevented from working, etc. is other factor that an attorney will consider.

In other words, is the risk of making out &proving a liability case worth what you standto recover in damages?

Possible place to look for an attorney

If the accident occurred in Alabama, you may wish to call the Alabama State Bar's Attorney Referral Service (334-269-1515). This service will have a list of attorneys in your vicinity who handle the type of case about which you have written. If you live in Alabama or the accident occurred close to Alabama, then the State Bar may still provide you attorney names, but I am not sure about this. There is a prominent plaintiff's firm in Mobile - Cunningham, Bounds, Yance, Crowder, & Brown - that handles this type of case. Their number is 334-471-6791, and you might try Toby Brown at that firm. There are many other plaintiff's firms in the Mobile area as well.Good luck.
