Tort reform in Mississippi and filed diet drug cases in the courts
How will the MS tort reform effect fenphen cases already filed? Is the cap going to be placed on these cases?

Any caps will not affect court cases that have already been filed.

Constitutionally, any caps shouldn't affect filed cases; however, I saw a proposed Senate bill whihc attempted to do just that. My advice: contact your representatives and senators and let them kow your feelings.
