Legal Question in Product Liability in Mississippi

My dog got out of my fence and went to a neighbor's house where my dog was attacked and almost killed by the neighbor's dog. Can the neighbor be held responsible for all or part of my vet bills??

If your dog went onto the property of another, than no you have no claim against your neighbor
