Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Mississippi

If a beverage company left a two door drink cooler at my business for two years after the last date we did any business with them, does the cooler become mine or is it still theirs.

Unless you buy it from them it is still owned by you. There are no "squatters rights" to personal property in Mississippi.
