Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Mississippi

my contract for deed (dated 4-1-2010) has an earlier date than my agreement to purchase (dated 5-2-2010) at my local Mississippi courthouse, by mistake, so how do i fix it or does it need fixing?

Obtain the deed and neither of those facts should be important any more.
