Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Mississippi

Deed/Quit Claim
If I own property in Mississippi, & have sold to a person in Mississippi can I have Deed done by attorney in Illinois to the buyer of the property? Would a Illinois deed be legal in Mississippi?

An IL attorney should be able to prepare the deed. However, he/she should prepare the deed using the guidelines prescribed by MS law.
