Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Mississippi

Who's house is it?
My grandfather died in 1998 and his home was left (with no will) to his 2 sons. My uncle has given me permission to live in the house and my father wants me to get out of the house. We have completely remodeled it and this has been our home(we pay all the bills) for over a year. Can he legally evict us or permit or from living in the home, knowing that his brother has said we can live here for the rest of our lives rent free?
