Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Mississippi

''Child Molestation''
I wanted to know if i press charges against someone in another state would i have to go to the state that the crime took place? What if another person was hurt by the same person also, but was afraid of telling an adult about the situation what could you do as a friend to help them tell about what this person did to them also?

the other state to report the alleged molestations.(You may have to request directory assistance to obtain the number.)
